This program involves learning great, easy to take home recipes and cooking techniques. You will find those foods that truly support your body’s effort to shed body fat and to enhance detoxification.
You will develop strategies for implanting the knowledge you gain from the program to carry in easily into your daily routines. Cooking demonstrations, nutrition lectures, daily movement, and life coaching are part of the daily program.
